WHAT IS YouthPM?

YOUR GATEWAY TO HEALTHY SLEEP

We have talked about insomnia and related problems of sleep at length in the previous articles. Let’s talk about the solution now!

YouthPM is a supplement that we present to you as a holistic combination of nature’s most beneficial gifts to mankind.

It is useful for insomnia and related sleep disorders. Its constituents are known for their sedative properties. It is composed of compounds derived from fruits and seeds and some micronutrients such as magnesium. The function of this supplement is to promote restorative sleep and its associated benefits on health and aging. This is accomplished by its effect on circadian rhythm and brain functions.

Read on, and I’ll explain to you how YouthPM works, and why is it so good at what it does!

But first, the basics;

THE HUNZA PEOPLE
In the far north of Pakistan, there is a valley called the Hunza valley. The residents of Hunza are a very peculiar case of Earth’s healthiest population.

Their amazing health, especially of the elderly, makes us ponder over their behavior that has an impact on their health so much so that they don’t seem to age. They have achieved, merely through their lifestyle, what modern medicine is striving to achieve through technologies and medicines; Health and persistent youth.

What makes Hunza people different from us is the environment they inhabit. We can count them lucky in this respect.

Low oxygen levels at high altitudes increases the RBC content of the blood which ensures adequate oxygenation of body tissues. Moreover, their plant-based diet rich in herbs and fibers, consumption of apricots and salted chai, and physical activity keeps them healthy.

The most important factor, however, is their sleep schedule. They wake up at the break of dawn and doze off at the brink of twilight. This is consistent with the body’s circadian rhythm. Studies have shown that the melatonin levels are high between 9 pm to 11 pm after which they begin to diminish due to which it becomes difficult to sleep afterward.

Therefore, Hunza people have their sleep schedule in accordance with the body’s circadian rhythm due to which they are enjoying the health benefits that we are deprived of due to our ‘modern lifestyle’ that improves everything but health.

CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
The timing of the bodily functions is under the influence of an internal clock that manages the activation of the required activity at appropriate times. One such clock is a circadian rhythm, a 24-hour cycle that regulates diurnal activities.

The circadian rhythm itself is under the control of a master clock that is influenced by endogenous and exogenous factors. Endogenous factors include genes and proteins and exogenous factors include environmental factors.

One of the activities that are regulated by the circadian rhythm is the sleep-wake cycle. The Suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) in the brain is the master clock that is under the control of light and endogenous proteins and genes.
At night, dim light stimulates the SCN to produce Melatonin, a hormone that promotes sleep. whereas, exposure to light decreases melatonin levels and promotes wakefulness.¹

Similarly, other physical, biological, and mental functions are under the influence of circadian rhythm. A sleep-wake cycle that is in conformity with the body’s internal clock promotes the functions that occur during sleep. Such sleep is restorative sleep.

YouthPM
The formula of YouthPM is designed to reprogram the circadian rhythm to coincide with restorative sleep duration. Magnesium stearate, Magnesium citrate, and Cellulose promote the release of melatonin in the brain to produce sleep.

  • Magnesium Citrate in YouthPM replenishes body ATP stores. ATP in turn modulates the nerve transmission in the brain to regulate sleep. Magnesium supplementation has useful effects in alleviating symptoms of insomnia in magnesium-deficient individuals.
The detailed study of the chemical properties and effects of various herbal components of YouthPM shows that they have a profound effect on initiating and maintaining sleep making them a potent treatment for insomnia.
  • Chamomile fruit powder
The active ingredient in chamomile flower powder, Apigenin, stimulates GABA receptors in the brain to produce inhibitory effects. Its action is similar to sleep-producing drugs such as benzodiazepines and barbiturates.²
It is also used to relieve anxiety and depression, the common culprits of insomnia in today’s world.
Studies have shown that the anxiolytic and sedative effects of chamomile fruit powder are more than that of Diazepam, a drug commonly used for anxiety, depression, etc.³
  • Beetroot Powder
It is known for having positive effects on the quality of sleep due to which it is a preferred treatment for insomnia. It replenishes the Nitric Oxide levels in the blood, which are reduced in insomnia. This improves the function and blood flow to the brain to bring about better quality sleep.
A study on athletes has shown that consumption of beetroot juice improves the quality of sleep, reduces fatigue, and enhances athletic performance in male athletes.⁴
Beetroot is also a source of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, K, and Magnesium, Iron. These micronutrient deficiencies are implicated in the development of insomnia, and their supplementation has beneficial effects on insomniacs. (read the article on insomnia for more information)
  • Anise Fruit Powder
A study conducted on mice in the department of surgery of Yuzuncu Yil University Turkey showed that the analgesic effect of Pimpinella Anisum is comparable to that of Aspirin. Therefore, patients with insomnia due to chronic pain disorders can benefit from this supplementation.⁵
Additionally, the antioxidant and estrogen-like properties of Anise are involved in the regulation of sleep.
  • Parsley Leaf Powder
The study demonstrating the effect of parsley on sleep induction and duration time shows that parsley extract decreases the sleep induction time of ketamine and increases the duration of sleep. Therefore, its supplementation has promising effects in the treatment of insomnia.⁶
It is rich in vitamins such as Vitamin B, C, E, A, K and iron, copper, calcium, potassium, etc. These nutrients influence sleep duration and quality to produce somnolence.

So you see how one complete amalgam of nature’s best comes together in the form of YouthPM which can potentially transform your health in its entirety! And it does this by fixing your sleep.

RESTORATIVE SLEEP
During restorative sleep, healing mechanisms are activated. Damaged and worn-out cells are repaired or replaced by healthier ones. Antioxidant mechanisms are activated to reduce the oxidative stress on the cells. This decreases the damage to the cells and cellular components diminishing the likelihood of developing diseases.

Additionally, growth hormone produced during sleep promotes growth. The energy stores of the body are replenished. Sleep improves gut function and promotes weight loss. (more on the article on sleep)

AGE REVERSAL
Therefore, restorative sleep ensures cellular health and restores the body to its maximum functional capacity. YouthPM, through its sedative effects, not only produces sleep but also provides additional benefits of growth, weight loss, immunity, and cellular health, by promoting restorative sleep.
We offer this supplement at a very affordable price. Go check it out.

The above mentioned benefits of restorative sleep achieved through the use of the YouthPM provide the optimum nutritional support to cells to bring about youth restoration and protect them from damage. This prevents them from developing irreversible structural and functional changes. This in turn keeps the process of aging in check and promotes age reversal.
